Cancel Subscription

Follow these steps to cancel subscriptions and recurring charges billed through your PayPal account.

Note: Cancelling your paid subscription downgrade your account to the FREE plan.
If you wish to completely delete your account check out this guide.

On Desktop

1. Open paypal.com in your browser and Login into your accout.
2. Access Settings by clicking the wheel at the top next to "Log Out" in the upper right corner.
3. Click Payments ➡ Manage Automatic Payments.
4. Select the BeepMate subscription you would like to cancel from the list on the left side of the page.
5. Select Cancel at the top of the subscription information ➡ Cancel Automatic Payments.

On PayPal Mobile App

1. Open Settings by clicking the wheel at the top of the app.
2. Select Automatic Payments.
3. Select the BeepMate subscription you would like to cancel from the list of payments.
4. Select Remove PayPal as your payment method at the bottom of the page.
5. Confirm the cancellation by selecting Remove.
