Get Shopify Order Notifications on WhatsApp

Sign in to Shopify admin

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings ➡ Notifications.

Configure notifications

Within Shopify, click Staff notifications.

Submit your BeepMate email address

From the first drop-down menu select Email address, and then enter your personal beepmate email address i.e. 9721234567@beepmate.io

That's it!

Every time Shopify sends a staff notification - new orders, cancellations, fulfillments - it will be forwarded to your WhatsApp instantly via BeepMate.

Note: To get notifications to a WhatsApp group instead to your own personal WhatsApp use the BeepMate's group email address. To find out the group email address type the GROUPS command in the BeepMate bot.
